Weighted Blanket

I am an Inspired Granny and I wanted to let you know that I have made some Weighted Blankets. I have three here all made up and ready to sell.
They have 6 or 7 pounds non-toxic poly pellets in them.
Recommended weight for a Weighted Blanket is 10% of body weight plus one pound.

These blankets offer a form of touch therapy that will be deeply soothing to anyone, especially those with Autism, ADD/ADHD, stress and anxiety, OCD or PTSD.
This weighted therapy can help increase levels of Melatonin and Serotonin overnight.
I can add an Aromatherapy dot (pad) to the blanket, at no extra cost to you), and you can add Essential Oil Aromatherapy to the day or night experience.
Essential oils can have a healing effect mentally, physically and emotionally.
This is a non-drug way to improve your child’s life :)

Using the weighted blanket is like being hugged, it feels safe, comfortable and cuddly.
They are not just for sleeping – kids can snuggle with them after school to help them calm down or use any time just to relax as well as fall asleep and stay asleep.
It is a deep, pressure touch of stimulation !

You can wash these blankets in your washing machine.
You would wash on a gentle cycle and hang to dry.

Example: 70 pound child would require 7 pounds pellets, so 7 x $5 = $35 more
Total cost would be $130 + $35 = $165 for the finished quilt.

Aroma Dot Therapy
